At UBE Cosmetics, we take great pride in ensuring that your order is packaged and shipped with care. All of our products are handcrafted and shipped directly from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (such as new launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier.
Estimated delivery times within Canada typically range from 2–10 business days depending on your location and courier service.
International shipping options may take longer depending on customs clearance and destination country policies.
Delays & Liability
Please note that UBE Cosmetics is not liable for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We recommend tracking your package closely and contacting the courier directly for delivery issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at contact@ubecosmetics.com. We’ll do our best to update your information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review the claim and provide a resolution if applicable.
International Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
