Refund policy

At UBE Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. As a small Canadian indie brand, all our products are handcrafted with care, using clean, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or used are not eligible for return or refund for hygienic and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at contact@ubecosmetics.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions.
Exchanges
We allow shade, collection, or product exchanges after careful inspection of the returned item(s). Products must be unopened and undamaged. If your desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved, unopened returns received within the 10-day return window. Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll promptly replace or resolve the issue at no cost to you.
After 10 Days
After 10 days from the date of receipt, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstance.
