Urban Beauty Essentials (UBE) didn’t start in a lab or a boardroom.

It started in my kitchen.

In 2020, during the quiet stillness of lockdown, I began making lip gloss at home simply to keep myself busy. I’ve always loved cosmetics — especially lip products — and creating them felt natural to me. What began as a hobby quickly became something much more meaningful.

If I’m being honest, confidence wasn’t always easy for me. From elementary school through high school, I struggled with self-love. Beauty became more than something I wore — it became something I was learning to embody.

As I stepped into my 30s, I decided it was time to build something bigger. Not just a brand — but a reflection of growth. So I rebranded to UBE Cosmetics and began this journey again In November 2025.

To this day, my lip glosses and chapsticks are handcrafted with intention and care. I remain deeply involved in their creation because that artistry matters to me. At the same time, I collaborate with trusted partners to refine our formulas — ensuring every product is thoughtfully made, hydrating, and genuinely supportive of your lips.

I didn’t want to create cosmetics that just looked good.

I wanted them to feel good. To nourish. To empower.
